A: In general, around 7-25 work days. We keep some accessories in stock, and assemble them when you place an order , we are able to finish full container in 7-10 days.

2.Q: What is the term of payment?
A: Payment terms: Advance 30% by T/T, and balance will be cleared before delivery. Other payment method like L/C, Paypal, E-checking,welcome to talk with us.

3.Q: Can I get some samples? And what's the timing?
A: Sure, You can get free samples for most of our items during our live stream, it takes 3-5 days to prepare the samples.
We charge you some sample cost and will return it during the next order. For loyal customer we’ve coorperated with, we will give some free shipping samples which hot sell in local market.
 
4.Q: Is it OK to print my logo on casters?
Option 1 - Build the molds and fixtures upon your sample or technical drawings
Option 2 - Add your logo on fork or wheel
Option 3 - Pack the casters in your branded carton 
MOQ should be 1000pcs each size.
