High-precision machining enables the swivel head to achieve steering accuracy within ±0.1 mm, ensuring smooth control, reliable direction tracking, and precise positioning during AGV operation. The plane bearing swivel structure minimizes rotational resistance, while the dual-wheel differential design greatly improves maneuverability, especially for in-place rotation and tight turning scenarios. An optional secondary shock-absorbing spring mechanism helps prevent wheel suspension and slippage, reducing vibration and energy loss, which in turn improves power efficiency and extends AGV battery operating time.
